Lite Version

This is the most basic version of the software available. Presumed Asbestos Lite enables the user to achieve the base level of compliance to the Control at Work Regulations 2002 (CAWR 2002) legislation. Using this version, a single site can be created and only a Type 1 survey data can be entered and managed. Presumed Asbestos Lite is therefore recommended for cases which meet the following criteria:

  • Only one site needs to be managed
  • Only a Type 1 survey is required for this site
  • No maintenance management features are required
  • Emergency Procedure's management is not required


Standard Version

Presumed Asbestos Standard Edition provide a complete solution for the management of asbestos for a small to medium number of sites. Type 1, 2 and 3 surveys can be managed seamlessly, together with the ability to integrate maintenance and emergency procedure's data. Presumed Asbestos Standard is therefore recommended for cases which meet the following criteria:

  • Between 1 - 15 sites need to be managed (additional site licenses must be purchased)
  • Type 1, 2 and 3 surveys need to be performed
  • Maintenance and Emergency Procedures Management is necessary


Professional Version

Our Professional Edition offering is built on Microsoft SQL Server technology, which allows for the storage and management of almost unlimited amounts of data. Therefore, if you have a substantial number of sites to manage or each of the sites is very large, the Professional Edition is more than capable of handling these requirements. Additionally, SQL Server allows for data to be stored in a remote location and accessed from your workplace securely and rapidly. All the features of the Standard version are also included. Presumed Asbestos Professional Edition is recommended for cases which meet the following criteria:

  • A large number of sites needs to be managed (20+) (additional site licenses must be purchased)
  • Type 1, 2 and 3 surveys need to be performed
  • Maintenance and Emergency Procedures Management is necessary
  • Data needs to be stored at another location and accessed from any computer (providing the software is installed)


Consultant's Version

This version is ideal for asbestos consultant's who need to use the software to manage any number of sites, as no additional site licenses need to be purchased. A single user license is applicable to this version, which means that the software can only be installed on one computer. The management features are the same as in the Standard and Professional Editions. Consultant's edition can be built on either our standard database system (same as Lite and Standard version) or on SQL Server (Professional Edition), depending on your needs. This version is recommended for cases which meet the following criteria:

  • The ability to manage an unlimited number of sites is required (no additional site licenses need to be purchased)
  • Only single user needs to use the software
  • Type 1, 2 and 3 surveys need to be performed
  • Maintenance and Emergency Procedures Management is necessary
  • Remote access of data is required
